On behalf of your Committee – this email formally invites you to the 2025/26 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
We have a few formalities to work through on the day – but to thank you for your attendance and attention, we plan to reward you with yet another tasty free lunch on the day (details to be confirmed in coming weeks).
The AGM will be held in Keirp Nyinalungup on Date TBA.
As part of AGM proceedings we are calling for new Committee members. This is your chance to join the Social Club Committee and either gain some experience running meetings as Chairperson or Secretary, managing our finances, looking after the licensed bar, exploring new event venues and entertainment options, or simply bringing the ideas and energy to ensure the ongoing success of the Club.
We can’t run a Social Club without a Committee!!
